Customer Requirements: We start by understanding the specific needs and requirements of our customers.
Team Product Design: Our world-class design team carries out the product design, ensuring the footwear meets all specified features and standards.
Product Features: The designed footwear includes features such as glow wire, heating element, steel-toe protection, waterproofing, puncture resistance, slip resistance on ice, anti-oil, acid-resistance, anti-smashing, and anti-electric shock capabilities.
Product Information Confirmation: We confirm all product information, including the selected materials and features.
Production Material: We choose high-quality materials such as upper, midsole protection, steel toe, and outsole material.
Manufacturing Process: The production process includes one-piece injection molding, cement construction, and Goodyear welt.
Mold Opening: We open molds based on the confirmed designs and specifications.
Prototyping: We create prototypes to ensure the design meets all the necessary requirements.
Sample Modification: Any required modifications are made to the samples based on initial testing and feedback.
Sample Approval: Once the samples meet all standards, we proceed with sample approval.
Quality Control and Delivery: We perform rigorous quality control to ensure the final product meets all specifications before delivery.
Mass Production: After approval, we begin mass production of the footwear.
Shipping: The products are shipped to the customer.
Order Completion: The order is completed and delivered to the customer.
SB: Basic requirements (Class I or II) – Footwear made from leather and other materials, excluding all-rubber or all-polymeric footwear.
S1: As SB, plus closed seat region, antistatic properties, energy absorption of seat region, resistance to fuel oil.
S2: As S1, plus water penetration and absorption.
S3: As S2, plus penetration resistance, cleated outsole.
S4: As SB, Class II, closed seat region, antistatic properties, energy absorption of seat region, resistance to fuel oil.
S5: As S4, plus penetration resistance, cleated outsole.
