During public holidays, transportation time will be affected; at these times, manufacturers and courier will restrict their operations. This is outside our control. Immediately after each holiday, normal services are resumed.

US:We offer free shipping within the United States.
Canada: except for PU work boots, there is a shipping fee of $19.99 for orders below $119.99 USD. Orders of $120 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

- We take all reasonable prevention measures to ensure that the product will not be damaged. If the item is damaged during transportation, please contact us through customer-service@i-pinnip.com within 3 working days after receiving the package. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
