US:We offer free shipping within the United States.

Canada: except for PU work boots, there is a shipping fee of $19.99 for orders below $119.99 USD. Orders of $120 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

2.  We take all reasonable prevention measures to ensure that the product will not be damaged. If the item is damaged during transportation, please contact us through customer-service@i-pinnip.com within 3 working days after receiving the package.
