Shipping Fee:

PU work boots come with free shipping to eligible countries.

US: We offer free shipping within the United States.

Canada: except for PU work boots, there is a shipping fee of $19.99 for orders below $119.99 USD. Orders of $120 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

Warn:

1. Before paying, verify the correct transport address on the order, because this is the address we want to transport.
2.  We take all reasonable prevention measures to ensure that the product will not be damaged. If the item is damaged during transportation, please contact us through customer-service@i-pinnip.com within 3 working days after receiving the package. After confirming the situation, we will deliver as soon as possible.

After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order to confirm the email to confirm your order details. After the product is shipped, you will receive a freight confirmation email, including your order number, operator information, orders and time, order status and packaging to track the number of transportation projects.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email (customer-service@i-pinnip.com) at first.

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.

All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
